Terms and Conditions
1. To secure a booking a deposit of 50% must be made. The balance is payable on arrival – keys will not be handed over unless full payment is received.
2. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a non-arrival.
3. In the event that a booking is cancelled, the deposit is refundable only if the unit can be re-let.
4. Bookings will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.
5. Bookings are not secure unless a confirmation from Umbrella Tree House has been received by the guest.
6. No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the accommodation establishment.
7. Firearms are NOT permitted on the premises. If guests have firearms on arrival, they are expected to hand them over for safekeeping until their departure.
8. While every effort has been made to ensure the safe and secure stay of guests, Umbrella Tree House does not accept any liability for the safety of guests and their possessions.
9. The right of admission is reserved.
10. Swimming is at your own risk. Children are not permitted to swim without adult supervision.
11. Rooms are serviced daily except Sundays and Public Holidays.
12. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances whatsoever.
13. Facilities are for the use of paying guests only, i.e. visitors are not permitted to make use of the bedrooms, lounge, dining room or swimming pool area without prior arrangement.
14. Late arrivals are by special arrangement only, i.e. any guest wishing to check in after 21h00 must make arrangements prior to the day of arrival.
